Should we bring cash on the tours?

Yes, you should bring cash just in case you want to purchase an item/s while on tour.

Are the tours also for children?

We accommodate children on the tour, but they should be
supervised by a parent or guardian.

How far in advance do you need to book a tour?

Tours should be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Can I book a tour by phone?

Yes, you can see our numbers on the contact page.

Can I book a tour as a gift?

Yes, you can, we believe that this would be a most welcome
and enjoyable gift for your family and friends.

What should we wear for the tour?

Comfortable clothing suitable for the tropics.  Please walk with insect repellant and swimwear just in case you decide to swim. 
You should also walk with extra clothing to change. 

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We know that sometimes things happen that can deter the plans made; therefore, a full refund will be provided if we cancel any trip due to bad weather or unsafe conditions; however, refunds will not be provided due to any discrepancies because of the customer. Refunds will also not be provided if a tour departs but is modified or shortened due to weather conditions.

Can I cancel or reschedule my tour when Iget to my destination?
